Who we are

WEBSITAK ("we") is built and operated by ProlifAI LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17444371), registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal data described below. To exercise any right or ask a question, use our contact form.

What we collect

• Free audit. When you run the free audit, we receive the website address you submit and crawl that site to produce your report. The audit stays yours — nothing is published without your consent.
• Contact form. If you write to us, we receive your name, your email address, any website address you give us, and your message. It is delivered to our team mailbox and used only to answer you.
• Rebuild projects. If you commission a rebuild, we process the content you give us (texts, images, business details) to build your site, and your payment contact details if you proceed.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data.
• We don't use your details for marketing, and there is no mailing list to be added to.
• We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

Service providers

To run this service we rely on: GitHub Pages (hosts this website), Railway (runs the audit tool and the contact form handler), Google (our team mailbox, where your form message is delivered), and Stripe (payment processing, if you pay for a rebuild). These providers process data on our instructions under their own privacy terms.

Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as we provide your hosting and as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Write to us through the contact form and we will respond within one month.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
